AI Native Builder

Remote / Full-time

The person we're looking for

We are not simply looking for someone who builds products.
We are looking for someone who can deeply understand problems and get to the core of them,
or someone who can design with an artistic sense and raise the density of the experience through design and UX.
It would also be better if you have previously done research related to multi-agent systems, simulation, or AI society, or have been on a related team.

Above all, we are looking for someone who uses AI not as a simple support tool,
but as a tool that changes the way we understand, build, iterate, and make decisions.

What you'll do in this role

  • Discover and define the problems customers and users actually face.

  • Design the products, features, interfaces, and workflows to solve them.

  • Build quickly in an AI-native way, and validate right away.

  • Keep improving the product based on user feedback.

  • Cross the boundaries of planning, design, frontend, backend, and AI use.

This is how we work

Work location, commuting, vacation, and the like are all up to you.
There is no fake work like attendance checks, approval procedures, or documents just for show.

What matters is not how long you sit at your desk,
how many essential problems you solved,
how good the results you made were,
and what value they gave to real users.

Autonomy does not mean working comfortably,
but is a way we chose because we believe it gives the greatest power to people who can judge for themselves and take responsibility.

Working at Celon

Celoon is not yet a company that has found the answer.
Instead, there are things only we can do at this moment.

We create new experiences no one has clearly defined yet,
and work closely through the whole process, from spotting a problem to turning the solution into a real product.

You won't be doing a small role defined by someone else,
but working as someone who truly shapes the company's direction, product quality, and user experience.

We want to build a world where imagination becomes experience, and experience turns back into learning and possibility.
We are looking for builders to do that with us.
